If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order, you should contact us via email in the first instance. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and at this stage advise you on how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will keep you informed throughout the process. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
The cost of return will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or was received in error. We would request that returned products are sent back in their original packaging. In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation.
